Material Safety Data Sheets

The Environmental Health and Safety Office maintains the master file of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for hazardous chemicals acquired, stored, used, and created by University personnel. When an MSDS is received by EH&S, it is made available for electronic viewing by any person with a valid UUID and ph password. Each affected department must ensure that original MSDSs are forwarded to EH&S and that legible copies of the MSDSs are readily available to employees within the affected department.
